After over twenty years, my previous sauna heater gave up the ghost. I called Sauna Place and explained what I had. Tony very helpfully walked me through my options and recommended the right heater for my needs. When I received the unit, we had to resolve a minor issue with the shipping, and again, most helpful in resolving. Now the Harvia Kip 60 is up and operational in my small sauna, and I couldn’t be happier. Great help, great service, great product.

They never shipped my order, even though the on-line order status said "complete" for nearly 2 weeks. I scheduled a phone call on line to resolve the issue, and they never called me (which is the main cause for this review). I then waited over an hour to get a response on their web chat, only to find that they hadn't shipped my order.
Update: I later received a call apologizing for the mix-up. As a result, I'm updating my review from one star to 3 stars.

I wish all retailers treated customers this good. I called to replace an element that had gone bad. Just assumed the cost would be on be. Tony put forth a great deal of effort to verify if the elements were still under warranty. With a few pictures on my end Tony quickly verified that the equipment is still under warranty and is having them shipped.
Great experience! Kudos to The Sauna Place. I’m grateful we did our business with them.
