Whisks, also called “veniks”, are considered to be a nice addition or a compulsory element to a sauna experience. Using them in a sauna is intended to promote improved blood circulation and skin cleansing. To use, soak your whisk in very hot water for 30-60 minutes to revive the freshness of the whisk. Doing so, releases pleasant earthy scents into the sauna, adding the additional benefit of aromatherapy. These whisks are made in Latvia from dried Oak branches.
